Note that the description of the CAMU in this document has a maximum height of 60 feet. Due to a Town of Royalton ordinance, there is a restriction for structures over 35 feet so the 60 foot height was not allowed. Current design is for a maximum height of 35 feet. The residential maps show properties designated for possible remediation under an Interim Corrective Measures process. Under a Corrective Measures Study and Corrective Measures Action each property could be analyzed differently with a possible different outcome. The maps should be used only as an indicator of any possible future action on a property.
